Common Swimming Pools Questions

Fiberglass vs. vinyl pool, which is better?
Fiberglass pools have a smooth, durable, low-maintenance surface and install quickly, though they come in set sizes and shapes. Vinyl-liner pools cost less up front and can be built to almost any shape or size, with the liner typically refreshed every 10 or so years. We install both through our trusted partners and help you weigh them against your yard, style, and budget.
How long does a pool project take?
The pool itself can go in relatively quickly, especially fiberglass, but a full backyard transformation including patio and landscape takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated through every phase.
Can you build the pool and the patio and landscape together?
Yes, that’s our whole approach. We design and build the pool, hardscape, outdoor living, and landscape as one coordinated project so you get a finished space, not a pool surrounded by an unfinished yard.
Who installs the actual pool?
Pools are installed through Blaiser Pools (our sister company, for fiberglass) and Legacy Pools (for vinyl), both Latham dealers, while our team designs and builds everything around the pool, patio, grading, walls, plantings, and lighting, as the accountable lead on your project.
